Elvis lives!

Lots of important things to write about:-

1) Opening of the Woolwich Arsenal DLR and my sources tell me that mayor BoJo has cut the ribbon today.

2) Many fine comedians coming to The Shire.

3) Chavs......eeeeeuuuuuuuuuwwwwwwwwwwww no.

No, hot topic is that the one and only Elvis Presley is coming to Spice Island on Wednesday 21st January. Curry AND Elvis the pelvis, now that IS hot.

    Re the DLR, it now takes 13 minutes to get to Canning Town (Jubilee Line). That's about three hours quicker than the 472 to North Greenwich!!!!! A massive boost for the area.

    Used the DLR last night to Canary Wharf. Got there, door to door, in 40 mins. Fantastic.

    DLR enabled me to get into town (and back) during the February snow. I hadn't expected to get much of a personal benefit so quickly from the extension.

    so gutted i missed elvis. I am a fan but not as much as my family think...they keep buying me elvis gear!

    Only been to spice island once then we decided to try other curry houses...so far not found we really rate hereabout but having fun searching.
