Modern dilemmas no.1

Dear Doctor,

I've never understood how people in council flats (who therefore must be quite poor), are able to afford to satellite television.

    Sounds more like a puzzling situation (close to an oxymoron but not quite) than a dilemma, which would require you to do something and be faced with two equally bad outcomes.
    So what are you on about, Dr P?
